just like kidsYou never really knew (I suppose I never let you), but you were stuck somewhere between my hopes and dreams, but I was as scared as a child to let you know. (I still feel like a child, but I figured I'd work this all out before I actually grew up). And just like kids, we told tales of romance, of jokes, of kindness, of plans -- I never planned it out like this, that I wouldn't be that girl you kiss.
